He was a member of a popular, respected Adair County family, the son of the late Walter Payne & Elsie Mae Brown Sneed. He leaves a host of family members and friends in Adair County. Memorial service: Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 2pmCT at Stotts-Phelps- McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with clergy officiating the Rev. John Blakey. The family will receive friends after 10amCT Thursday before the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Terry Sneed, Adair Co., KY, (1955-2017) He was born February 21, 1955.
