The Adair County Fiscal Court approved a 25 cent per hour incentive for the Adair County 911 Mapping Coordinator, Kevin Jones, for hours spent working as as Mapping Coordinator. The 25 cent inventive will not apply to hours Jones spends as a Dispatcher.

After a probationary period, the incentive will be an additional 50 cents per hour. The vote to approve came on a motion by Magistrate Daryl Flatt, with a second by Harold Burton, and a voice affirmation joined by Magistrates Sammy Baker, Perry Reeder, Billy Dean Coffey, Greg Caldwell, and Terry Hadley and CJE Mike Stephens.



RCS Communications equipment
The court also approved, unanimously, an authorization for Judge Stephens to sign a service agreement with RCS Communications for the 911 center's telephone equipment, $2,400 for the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.

Holiday Pay Issue

The court heard a request to clarify holiday pay. The matter was tabled pending a special meeting of the personnel board set for Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 10amCT.

BR> District 1 – Arvil Burton Road – Extend 500 ft.. The court unanimously approved a first reading for this road in Magistrate Harold Burton's District

District 1 – R. Holmes Spur (off R. Holmes Rd.) – Extend 0.202 Mile. The court unanimously approved a first reading for this road in Magistrate Harold Burton's District.
