Funeral services will be Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 12pmNoonCT, at McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Summer Shade, KY, with Brother Mike Shrum, officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckley Cemetery. Visitation will be 3pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, November 8, 2017, and on Thursday, after 7amCT, until time of services. Stephen Bennett Hurt, 32, Summer Shade, KY (1985-2017) Born April 15, 1985 in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, he was a son of Steve & Tammy Boston Hurt, who survive. He died Sunday, November 5, 2017, at the age of 32 years, six months, and 21 days. He was the husband of Brandie Jessie Hurt and the father of Matthew and Wesley Hurt, who also survive.
