He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and of the Christian faith. Cliff loved spending time with his grandchildren. He also liked to hunt and fish. He was the widower of Betty Jean Miller Sandusky. He leaves six direct living descendants.

Clifton "Cliff" Sandusky of Williamsburg, Ohio, formerly of Casey County, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Funeral services are 9amCT/10amET, Monday, November 6, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Danny Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery with military honors by the Casey County Honor Guard. Visitation will be Sunday evening 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, at the funeral home. Cliff's pallbearers will be Ron Sandusky, Wayne Sandusky, Joe Wheeler, Donald Wright, Eric Miller, Danny Miller, and Jackie Miller.

Born November 29, 1953, in Dayton, Ohio, Cliff was the son of the late Kermit Otis Sandusky and the late Jean Hill Land. he died Thursday, November 2, 2017, in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, KY, at the age of 63 years, 11 months, and 27 days.

He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and of the Christian faith. Cliff loved spending time with his grandchildren. He also liked to hunt and fish.

Survivors include:
  • Two sons: Ron (Dawn) Sandusky and Wayne Sandusky, both of Amelia, Ohio

  • One brother: Carl (Lily) Sandusky of Liberty, KY

  • One sister: Charlotta Davis of Arkansas

  • Two grandchildren: Kirstie Sandusky and Amanda Wheeler

  • Two great-grandchildren: Jaxson Wheeler and Aubrey Wheeler
In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Miller Sandusky, who passed away April 25, 2008.
