Ed Heustis writes suggestions for Needs Assessment

Ed Heustis writes:
Improve infrastructure to attract new business and improve the local economy. Make improvements focused on the type of business that would do well in this area. Use what is already in place and can be improved to determine what business the area needs/has. Work with locals - Lindsey Wilson, etc. to determine what would make the area better for both citizens and community.

I am not from Adair County, but I sense a strong feeling of community pride and potential every time I visit. - Ed Heustis
