Gary Neal Perkins, Jr. age 39 of Edmonton, KY, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 in Monessen, PA.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Alone Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Friday, October 6, 2017, and after 9amCT, Saturday at the funeral home.


He was a machine operator for Willbros Construction Company.

Gary Neal Perkins, Jr., 39, Metcalfe County, KY (1978-2017)

He was the son of Gary Perkins, Sr. of Edmonton, KY, and Patsy Gibson Smith and husband Nile of Dubree, KY. He was born August 10, 1978. He died Monday, October 2, 2017, in Monessen, PA, at the age of 39 years, one month, and 22 days. Besides his parents he is survived by:
  • Three children: JP Burns of Dubree, Helen Hicks of Virginia, and Caleb Turner of Tompkinsville, KY

  • Two sisters: Kathy and husband Timmy Stephens of Edmonton, KY; and Rhonda Nunn Clark of Edmonton, KY

  • Two nephews

  • Two great nieces.
