Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 6:10 p.m. in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
Request for zone change from R2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to I-1 Light Industrial for a lot located at 416 Wain Street (PVA Map No. 000-04 05-013.00). Property owned by John Wethington and Tom Wethington.The hearing is open to the public.
