Mrs. Geneva Pierce Hunt, Taylor County, KY (1933-2017) Mrs. Hunt professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She had worked at the Fruit of the Loom plant in Campbellsville several years, but her calling in life was to be a wife, mother, and grandmother. In her spare time, she loved to read or raise flowers, and considered yard sales and auctions social events as well as a place to find a good bargain or two. Her husband of 67 years, Edward Hunt, survives. She leaves eight direct living descendants. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY. Bro Freddy Thompson officiated.. Interment is in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 9, 2017 after 10amCT/11amET, until time for the funeral.
