Peggy Jo (PJ) Burton-Fletcher, 70, Adair County, KY native (1947-2017) We've received word from David Carpenter that his mother, Peggy Jo 'PJ' Burton-Fletcher, has passed away in Texas. She was born in Columbia up on Burton Ridge and her whole family is from this area. Peggy Jo Burton-Fletcher (PJ), 70, of Ingleside On the Bay, Texas, passed away Monday August 21, 2017. PJ was a unique soul who left an everlasting impression on everyone she met. She had a big heart and took in all sorts of strays, in some cases nursing the sick back to health.
