Public Alert: dangerous opioid Fentanyl mix found in TN A warning is shared in this link from Amy Waggener from a newscast about a deadly mix of Marijuana laced with Fentanyl just south of our readership area in Tennessee. The District Attorney in Nashville reporting it's discovery said he "can’t warn people fast enough." He indicated the mix is coming in vast quantities and is spreading fast.
