She died Monday, June 05, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 67 years, three months, and 19 days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lee Bell on July 23, 2002; two sons, Eugene & Ricky Bell; two brothers, Carl & Leroy Parson; and one sister-in-law, Stella Parson. She was a member of Gradyville Baptist Church and worked in the dietary department at Green Hill Manor in Greensburg, KY. Survivors include:
