PVA Jeffrey Feese arraignment today in Adair District Court Story updated: Special Judge Amy Anderson has notified the Adair County Clerk's office of a change of time today. The arraignment will be at 3pmCT instead of 2pmCT. Adair County PVA Jeffrey Feese is scheduled for arraignment at "Complaint: The affiant, J. Durban (Adair County Sheriff Dept 1106) states that on 5/08//2017, at 2020 in ADAIR County, Kentucky, the aboved named defendant unlawfully committed the offense of Assault 4th (Domestic Violence) in violation of KRS508.030 grabbing his wife (Shannon Feese) by the throat and pushing her back and head butting her causing injury to her forehead. Incident took place at their residence."The complaint was filed with Adair Circuit Court Clerk Dennis Loy on May 15,2017. The bond in the case was set at $5,000, secured by 10% with condition that the defendant have no contact with the victim. Note - Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt.
