A graveside service will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Old Contown Cemetery with Bro. Ricky Rogers officiating. Mildred Tarter, 80, Casey County, KY (1936-2017) Born on June 3, 1936, in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Mitchell & Mary Copley Tarter. She died Monday, May 22, 2017, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 80 years, 11 months, and 19 days. Mildred loved all her animals, especially her cats. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a sister, Lora Tarter of Liberty; and a niece, Louetta Tarter of Liberty. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, James Tarter.
