Frankie Welliver, Knifley, Adair Co., KY (1943-2017)

He was a very dedicated construction worker. He was a trustee and member at Robinson Chapel Separate Baptist Church in Knifley. He was the son of the late Frank Melton & Mary Edna Barrett Welliver. His wife Vonda Warren Welliver, survives. He leaves one direct living descendant, his daughter, Thelma Jean Welliver of Knifley

Mr. Frankie Jene Welliver, age 74 of Knifley, KY, died Tuesday, May 16, 2016 in Columbia, KY, at the T.J. Health Columbia Hospital after a sudden illness.

Funeral services for Mr. Welliver will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 12pmNoonCT/1pmET, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Billy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Chapel Separate Baptist Church Cemetery, 10523 Knifley Road, Columbia, KY, with Casket Bearers being Bobby Hughes, Jeremy Hughes, Anthony Warren, Greg Warren, Kelly Warren, Delbert Warren, P.J. Fuksa and Larry Hughes. The family request visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Friday evening, May 19, 2017, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.



Frankie Jene Welliver, 74, Adair County, KY (1943-2017)

Frankie was born on February 26, 1943. He was the son of the late Frank Melton & Mary Edna Barrett Welliver. He died Tuesday, May 16, 2017, in Columbia, Adari County, KY, at the age of 74 years, two months, and 20 days.

Also, preceding him in death besides his parents, were his sisters, Mary Frances Northcutt and Rosettae Faye Bryant as well as his brothers, James Melton Welliver, Ernie Harold Welliver and Richard Thomas Welliver.

He was a very dedicated construction worker as well as a trustee at Robinson Chapel Separate Baptist Church where he was a member.

He is survived by:
  • His wife: Vonda Warren Welliver

  • One daughter, Thelma Jean Welliver of Knifley, KY

  • Two brothers and their spouses: Amos Manuel and Yvonne Welliver and Bethel Ivan and Margaret Welliver of Oklahoma

  • Three sisters and their spouses, Getty Joy Belle and Glen Anderson, Sarah and Bill Rusher, both of Oklahoma; and Gerry Lea and P.J. Fuksa of Texas.
