Austin Brice Cook, infant son of Benjamin and Dana Cook, of Madisonville, KY died April 30, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 11amCT, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home, 285 N Main Street, Madisonville, KY, with burial in Baker Cemetery in Princeton, KY. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Wednesday.



In addition to his parents, survivors include:
  • Maternal grandparents: Joseph and Louvada Funkhouser

  • Paternal grandparents - William L. Cook, Jr. of Knifley and Marsha Collins of Columbia, KY

  • Great-grandmothers: Sallie Cook of Knifley, KY; and Edra Nell Collins of Columbia, KY

  • Aunts: Sierra &; Jessi Funkhouser, Danielle Cook, Julie Slemin and Ashley Puckett

  • Uncles: Joseph Gauge Funkhouser, Eric Joseph Puckett, Christopher Harvey, William "Lee" Cook, III
