Pansy Dyer age 65 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, April 15th, 2017 at Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11amCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Smith Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 5pmCt until 9pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.



Pansy Dyer, 65, Cumberland County, KY (1952-2017)


Pansy Dyer was born on January 13, 1952 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Ruben & Dolly Poindexter Davidson. She died Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 65 years, three months, and two days. She was a longtime caregiver.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Cope.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband: Robert Dyer of Burkesville, KY

  • Three daughters: Melody Watson, Ashley Norris and her husband Seth, and Tyra Craft and her husband Chris, all of Burkesville, KY

  • One son: Brett Dyer of Burkesville, KY

  • Two sisters: Geneva Surratt, and Ruby Thomas, both of Burkesville, KY

  • One brother: Rondell Davidson of Burkesville, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Rileigh Cobb, Wesley Cobb, Landria Cash, Lance Humphrey, and Kendell Cash

  • and a host of other relatives and friends
