Mabel C. Wesley, 66, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY

Funeral services for Mabel Wesley will be Monday April 10, 2017, at 1pmCT, at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 102 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY. Friends may visit after 11:30amCT on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.



Mabel C. Wesley, 66, Russell County, KY (1950-2017)

Mabel was born in Monticello, Wayne County, KY on July 5, 1950. She was a daughter of the late Minnie (Howard) and Lloyd Gann. She died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 66 years, eight months, and 30 days.

She worked in housekeeping at the Fair Oaks Health Systems in Jamestown, KY.

She is survived by

  • Two sons: Jeffrey Wesley, of Russell Springs, KY; and Eric Wesley, of Jamestown, KY

  • Two sisters: Bonnie Begley, of IN; and Vanese Wheeler, of IL

  • Three brothers: Bill Gann, of Monticello, KY; and Darrell and Jeff Gann both of IN.

  • Two grandchildren

  • And three great grandchildren
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leon Wesley, brother Charles Gann and a sister Dean Morgan.
