He was born August 25, 1988 in Bowing Green, Warren County, KY. He died Monday, April 3, 2017, in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., KY, at the age of 28 years, seven months, and nine days.

He was a Tire & Battery Technician at Sam's Club.
