Brent L. Goodin, 50, Bowling Green, KY (1966-2017)

was a devoted husband, father, brother and uncle. He was a self-employed contractor and attended Crossland Community Church. Brent loved fishing, outdoor activities, making people laugh, and spending time with his family. Brent graduated from Western Kentucky University and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.

Brent L. Goodin, 50, of Bowling Green entered into rest Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Bowling Green, KY. Brent was born October 18, 1966 in Danville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents Leemon and Mildred Scott Goodin.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 11amCT at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel, 820 Lovers Lane, Bowling Green, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017, 3pmCT until 8pmCT and Thursday 9amCT until time of services all at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bowling Green Gardens.



Brent was a devoted husband, father, brother and uncle. He was a self-employed contractor and attended Crossland Community Church. Brent loved fishing, outdoor activities, making people laugh, and spending time with his family. Brent graduated from Western Kentucky University and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Survivors include:

  • Son: Ethan of Bowling Green, KY

  • Two sisters Pam Osborne (Lynn) and Paula Phelps (Jack) Bowling Green

  • Father and mother-in-law: Tom and Sherry Fabian of New Mexico

  • Brother-in-Law Bob Fabian (Mindy) and their 2 daughters of New Mexico

  • Niece: Jackie Desseyn (Taylor) of Nashville, TN
