Timothy Warren Dowell, 39, of Russell Springs died Saturday, march 4, 2017 at his home.

Graveside service for Timothy Warren Dowell will be held 10amCT, Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at the Rexroat Cemetery in Russell County, KY. Visitation will be at 9:45amCT, Tuesday, at cemetery. Bernard Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was born October 16, 1977 in Adair County, KY. He was the son of Ima & Andre Dowell, who survive. He died Saturday, March 4, 2017, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 39 years, four months, and 16 days.

He was a construction worker.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, Ima & Andre Dowell, Russell Springs, KY, are:
  • One sister: Rebecca (Robert) Kean, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two brothers: Archie Dowell, Russell Springs, KY; and Matthew Dowell, Jamestown, KY
