She died Tuesday, February 28, 2017, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 80 years, 4 months, and 4 days. She was a member of Ashlock Church of Christ, a former Certified Nursing Assistant at Central State Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, and a homemaker.
