Pauline Durham, age 69, of Louisville, KY passed away on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at the Green Meadows Health Care Center. She was born in Brookville, IN on July 1st, 1947 a daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Margaret Morgan Ponder.

Funeral Services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday February 18, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY with Rev. Keith Bowling officiating. Burial will be in the Willow Springs Cemetery. Visitation was held 6pm-9pmET, Friday February 17, 2017 and will continue after 7amCT/8amET,Saturday February 18, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Pauline Durham, was born in Brookville, IN on July 1, 1947. She was a daughter of the late Alfred & Mary Margaret Morgan Ponder. She died, Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the age of 69 years, seven months, and 14 days.

Pauline was a member of the Middleburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
  • Three sons: James and (Debbie) Durham of Madisonville, KY; John and (Carla) Durham of Liberty, KY; and Robert Durham of Yosemite, KY

  • Two daughters: Elizabeth and (Charles) Hartman of Harrodsburg, KY; and Barbara and (Richard) Wilson of Liberty, KY

  • Eighteen grandchildren

  • Eleven great grandchildren

  • Three step great grandchildren

  • Four sisters: Thelma and (the late Fred) Shirey of Mendota, IL; Bonnie and (the late Burrel) Smither of Franklin, IN; Margaret and (the late Douglas) Black of Louisville, KY; and Francis and (Bill) Davis of Liberty, KY

  • Four brothers: James and (Dorothy) Ponder of Liberty, KY; Robert and (Brenda) Ponder of Greenwood, IN; Edward and (Mary) Ponder of Simpsonville, KY; OH and Paul and (Helen) Ponder of Yosemite, KY
Preceding her in death besides her parents was one brother: Frank Ponder and two sisters: Sarah Ellen Ponder and Wanda Joyce Ponder.
