He was a native of Jamestown, KY, a resident at the time of his death, and his final resting place will be in the city of his birth. He was a veteran and will be accorded full miliatary honors by the Russell County Honor Guard at committal rites. He was the son of the late Vesta (Wells) and Millard Polston. His wife, Carolyn Hudson Polston, survives. He leaves one direct living descendant, a son, Eric Polston

Funeral Services for Morris Polston will be at 11amCT, Friday, February 10, 2017, at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY with Bro. Leon Simpson officiating. Friends may visit Thursday, February 9, after 5pmCT, at the funeral home. Burial in the Jamestown Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, with Military Honors by Russell Co, Honor Squad.

Morris Polston was born in Jamestown, Russell County, KY on July 25, 1946. He was a son of the late Vesta (Wells) and Millard Polston. He died Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 70 years, six months, and 13 days. He is survived by

  • His wife: Carolyn (Hudson) Polston, of Jamestown, KY

  • Son: Eric Polston, of Jamestown, KY

  • Brother: Keith Polston, of Jamestown, KY

  • Sister: Betty Hadley, of Jamestown, KY
Morris is preceded in death by his parents, son Alex Polston, brother Millard Polston, Jr and sister Ann Huff.
