He was the son of the late Elvis Earl & Ada West Tucker. His wife of 49 years, Marlene Tucker, survives. Funeral service for Bro. Elvis Tucker will be 11amCT, Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Troy Coffey and Bro. Donald Wilson officiating. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Sunday, January 29, 2017, and after 8amCT, Monday. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Sunshine, KY. He was a Veteran of US Army He professed faith in Christ October 12, 1977. Called to preach, February 9, 1986, he was ordained to ministry March 8, 1987. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Lester, Arvester, Sylvester, Chester, and Leslie Tucker. He is survived by his wife: Marlene Tucker (married November 4, 1967), and the following:
