Douglas Mills, 68, Taylor Co., KY (1948-2017) A native of Pennsylvania, Douglas was born April 24, 1948. He was the son of the late Joseph Alexander and Margaret Hess Mills. He died Thursday, January 12, 2017, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 68 years, eight months, and 19 days. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam. Douglas moved to the area several years ago, to work for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. He served as a maintenance mechanic at Green River Lake prior to his retirement. Besides his parents, Douglas was preceded in death by his wife, Merry Hall Mills and a son, Greg DuBois. He is survived by:
