Paul Ellett Stafford passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Golden Living Center in Stanford, KY. He was 73 years old.

Memorial services are 1pmCT/2pmET, Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Brad King officiating. Burial will follow in Peavey Cemetery.

Born April 25, 1943 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Ellett and Mildred Cochran Stafford. He died Friday, January 13, 2017, in Stanford, Lincoln County, KY, at the age of 73 years, eight months, and 19 days.

He was a salesman and entrepreneur.

Survivors include:
  • His son: Barry (and Jennifer) Stafford of Indianapolis, IN

  • Daughter: Sherry (and David) Plant of Sellersburg, IN

  • Five grandchildren: Jeremi, Jillian, and Jayden Stafford and Jana and Josh Plant

  • A brother: Kenneth Stafford of Liberty, KY

  • Sisters: Bernice Ford , Shelby Jean Atwood, and Mary Belle Coppage, all of Indianapolis, IN.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jamie Plant.
