A heads up: Mayor says downtown parking limits will be enforced By Ed Waggener Mayor Curtis Hardwick asked the media to let citizens know that the Columbia Police Department will begin marking tires to enforce the two hour limit for parking spaces downtown. "We've gotten a lot of complaints recently," he told those at the Columbia City Council meeting Tuesday, January 3, 2016.
