Cumberland County gets 11th ABC license story

A 11th ABC License for Cumberland County, KY, was issued Thursday, December 22, 2016. The latest is an NQ Malt Beverage Package License for Hot Rod BBQ & Grill, 3850 Celina Road, Burkesville, KY. James Pruitt, Burkesville, KY, is listed as owner of the business and the property. The effective date for the license was December 22, 2016.

Cumberland County voted to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on 28 June 2016. (Cumberland Co. Wet/Dry Vote 28 Jun 2016 precinct totals) by a vote of 1441-1062.

Ten of the 11 licenses have been issued since Prohibition Ended in June. One license, a small winery license, had been issue in January of 2016.
