Mr. Theodore Archie Akin, age 81 of Greensburg, KY passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2016, at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg.

The funeral services for Mr. Theodore Archie Akin will be conducted at 10amCT, Saturday, December 31, 2016, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the A.H. Akin Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 4pm until 8pmCT, Friday, December 30, 2016, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Saturday until time of the funeral service.

He was born June 6, 1935 and died Wednesday, December 27, 2016, at the age of 81 years, six months, and 21 days.

Survivors include:
  • One son: Archie Akin of Greensburg, KY

  • One sister: Milerdine Paxton of Greensburg, KY

  • One brother-in-law: Howard Bagby of Greensburg, KY

  • Three sisters-in-law: Geraldean Russell, Laverne Marple, and Evelyn Milby all of Greensburg, KY
