V.G. (Guinn) Curry, 74, Henry Co. formerly of Adair Co., KY He was a member of a highly regarded Adair County, KY family. He was the son of the late Aussie Walker & Ida Mae Willis Curry. He was a member and deacon of Smithfield Baptist Church. He was retired from Tube Turns Steel after 25 years of service and was the owner of Curry's Carpet. He leaves five direct living descendants, and many relatives - in Henry, Shelby and Bullit Counties, and in Adair County his sister Maggie Janes and brother Clifton Curry and many others. Funeral service: Monday, December 12, 2016 at 10amCT/11amET, at the Smithfield Baptist Church, 5303 Sunnyside Road, Smithfield, KY. Interment in the Smithfield Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Smithfield Baptist Church Building Fund. Visitation will be 2pm-6pmCT/3pm-7pmET, Sunday December 11, 2016 at the Smithfield Baptist Church.
