New record total -3399 - set in 2016 Operation Christmas Child

482 boxes received today pushes total to a new record - 3,399, surpassing all of 2015 by 170 boxes, with one more day to go. Goal of 3,500 can be reached with just 101 boxes

Several churches and individuals dropped off OCC boxes at the Adair County OCC Relay Center, Wheet Hall, 1200 Jamestown Street, Columbia, KY, on Sunday afternoon, November 20, 2016. In all a total of 482 boxes were delivered Sunday afternoon.



Monday, November 21, 2016 from 9am-11amCT, is the final opportunity for individuals, churches, and organizations to drop off their OCC boxes.

Our current total of boxes for Adair County is 3399 boxes. This is a new record number of boxes for Adair county already bettering last year's total of 3229 OCC boxes.

We are only 101 boxes away from our goal of 3500 boxes.

Columbia Christian Church puts Adair OCC over 3,000

The Columbia Christian Church has put the Adair County OCC total over 3000 for the second year in a row. Pictured with the boxes from Columbia Christian Church and the boxes from Intrepid Home Health are Sallie Ballou, Lilly Myers, Nathan Ballou, and Hunter Ballou. The new total at 2:45pmCT is 3307 boxes which is a new record total for Adair County.

Eunice Church of God brings Sun OCC final count to 3,399!

The final drop off on Sunday afternoon, November 20, 2016, was delivered by the Eunice Church of God. Delivering OCC boxes were Larry Payne and Michael G Payne, above. After their drop off the total number of OCC boxes in Adair County currently stands at 3399. The relay center will be open at the Wheet Fellowship Hall from 9am-11amCT, Monday morning, November 21, 2016.. This will be the last time individuals and organizations will be able to drop off OCC boxes this year. - Mark Fudge

Breeding UMC makes second donation to OCC

As a result Lakota Lemmon and Katherine Lemmon made a second drop off at the relay headquarters for the Breeding United Methodist Church.
