The location received a Sampling License, NQ Retail Malt Beverage License and Quota Retail Package License. This is the first of 8 Quota Package license available in Adair County/City of Columbia, KY. Per Michelle Matney, Owner/Operator of Hometown Liquors, she expects the store to open within four weeks.
