Metcalfe Co. congregation contributes to Adair OCC drive

The congregation (Red Lick UMC) had a wonderful time doing this. We've only been involved with the program for a few years and have greatly increased the number of boxes each year. - BILL LAGERMANN

Since Metcalfe doesn't have a collection center for OCC, Red Lick United Methodist takes their boxes to Adair County.

Missy Lemmon, Brother Larry Lemmon's wife, delivers Red Lick's packages and also Breeding UMC's packages. Red Lick had 94, and Breeding over 50.

We had over 30 people help at our church. Thrivent Financial helped us with a gift of $250 for our "Thrivent Action Team" to help us add more items to the boxes.

The congregation had a wonderful time doing this. We've only been involved with the program for a few years and have greatly increased the number of boxes each year.
