She was a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a resident of Jamestown, KY at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Theresa K. (Weigel) and William Beebe, and the widow of Joe Lutz. She leaves 18 direct living descendants.

Joyce (Joy) Lutz, 82, of Jamestown, KY, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016, at the University of Louisville Hospital, Louisville, KY.

A Memorial service for Joyce (Joy) Ann Lutz will be held at 2pmCT, Friday, November 18, 2016, at the Russell Springs Christian Church, 315 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. Friends may visit at 1pmCT until time of service at the Russell Springs Christian Church. The family chose care and cremation.

She was born February 5, 1934 in Cincinnati, OH. She was a daughter of the late Theresa K. (Weigel) and William Beebe. She died Monday, November 14, 2016, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 82 years, nine months, and nine days.

She is survived by:
  • Two sons: William Lultz, of Nashville, TN; and Joseph (Robyn) Lutz,Jr, of Blacklick, OH

  • Two daughters: Deborah (Mark) Harvey, of Cumming, GA; and Pamela (Doug) Isaacs, of Louisville, KY

  • Brother: Glen Beebe of Cincinnati, OH

  • Nine grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe Lutz, three sisters Shirley Kinney, Judy Lovins and Marlyn Kenney. and a granddaughter Sarah Lutz.
