ACHS Band hearts heavy for family from Castle, IN The Adair County High Band Convoy was saddened by the word of a tragedy which befell a family from Castle High School, Newburgh, Warrick County, IN. Dennis Loy said that news spread through the Adair County Band that one of the performers, and members of her family were killed in a crash while returning home. There are a number of stories on the internet about the tragedy, this one, Crossroads Christian Church pastor, Castle student killed in car accident is a link to an excellent article from the Evansville Courier, the daily newspaper published in Vanderburgh County, a neighboring county to Warrick County, IN.
