Danny Edward Conrad, 63, Glasgow/Burkesville, KY native (1953-2016)

She was a member of Shepherds House in Glasgow, KY. He was the son of the late Stanley & Alta Burton Conrad, and the widower of Linda Sue Fields Conrad, who preceded him in death just two months and a few days ago. He leaves one direct living descendant, a daughter, Lora Burchett, of Albany.

Danny Edward Conrad age 63 of Glasgow passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Glenview Health Care in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Big Meadow Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5pmCT until 8pmCT, and after 9amCT, Wednesday at the funeral home.


Danny Edward Conrad, Glasgow/Burkesville native (1953-2016)


Born in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, April 20, 1953, he was the son of the late Stanley and Alta Burton Conrad. He died Sunday, November 6, 2016, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 63 years, six monhths, and 17 days. He was a member of the Shepherds House in Glasgow, KY. He was married to Linda Fields Conrad who preceded him in death September 4, 2016.

He is survived by the following:
  • A daughter: Lora Burchett of Albany, KY

  • Two half brothers: Dennis and Larry Conrad, both of Jeffersonville, IN
  • A sister in law: Carol Forrest of Knob Lick, KY

  • Several cousins
