New OCC Drop Off opening at Greensburg Baptist Church

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony immediately following a shoebox packing party at 6pmCT, Sunday, November 13, 2016, for a new drop off location for Operation Christmas Child (OCC), in the Fellowship Hall of Greensburg Baptist Church, 128 N Main Street, Greensburg, KY. Phone 270-932-4495.

During National Collection Week, November 14-21, 2016, Green County residents can donate shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child at the new Drop-off location.

Shoeboxes should be filled with school supplies, hygiene items, notes of encouragement and fun toys, such as a dolls and soccer balls--for Operation Christmas Child to deliver to children in need around the world. "We're excited to open our doors and join the effort to help children facing difficult circumstances around the world--by the simple act of packing a gift-filled shoebox," Charlie Allen said.
