Ruby Jean Luttrell, 78, of Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Jewish Medical South Hospital in Shepherdsville, KY.

Funeral service for Ruby Jean Luttrell will be at 1pmCT, Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Paul Roy officiating. Visitation after 11amCT, Saturday. Interment will be in the Cedar Springs Cemetery.

She was born August 31, 1938 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Elvis & Flora Snow Foley. She died Tuesday, October 25, 2016, in Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, KY, at the age of 78 years, month, and 25 days.

She was a retired registered nurse.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Luttrell; a daughter, Ronda Kay Luttrell; and a brother, Rudy Foley.
