Mr. Clayton Eugene Edwards, 62, of Greensburg, KY, departed this life on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at his home.

In carrying out the wishes of Mr. Clayton Eugene Edwards, cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Mr. Clayton Eugene Edwards, 62, of Greensburg, Green County, KY, son of the late Travis Edwards and Virginia Lile Campbell was born on November 3, 1953 in Green County, and departed this life on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at his home. He was 62 years, 11 months, and 19 days of age.

He was a line worker for Federal Mogul in Glasgow.

Survivors include:
  • His wife: Janet Lynn Bishop Edwards of Greensburg, KY, having united in marriage on May 20, 2000

  • Two sons: Tracy Edwards of Indiana and Kenneth Childers of Indiana

  • Two daughters: Cindy Edwards of Indiana, and Ashley Edwards of Bowling Green, KY

  • A brother and sister-in-law: LeRoy and Sharon Campbell of Greensburg, KY

  • Three sisters and brothers-in-law: Rhonda and Ron Dowell, Jackie and Brian McKinney, and Lisa and Tim Darnell all of Greensburg, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Stephanie Fernandez, MacKenzie Shaw, Taylor Childers and Hunter Childers all of Indiana

  • Three great-grandchildren

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
Memorials are suggested to Hosparus of Green River, which can be made at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.
