Myrtle Blakey, 88, Russell Co., KY/Adair native (1928-2016) She was the daughter of the late Ezra & Nellie (Campbell) Loy of Adair County, KY. She was a homemaker, and the matriarch of a large, respected South Central Kentucky family. Her husband, Bro. Vernon Blakey, survives. She leaves two direct living descendants. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Saturday, October 22, 2016, and 11am-2pmCT, Sunday. Interment will be in the Blakey Cemetery. Special music will be rendered by Regina Antle, LaDena McGowan.
