She was a native of Indianapolis, IN, and a resident of Campbellsville, KY, at the time of her death. She was the widow of Edward L. Warner. She leaves five direct and one step living descendants. Funeral services will be conducted at 10amCT/11amET, Wednesday, October 19th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow in the Green River Valley Separate Baptist Church Cemetery in Casey County, KY. The family requests visitation 8am-10amCT/9am-11amET, Wednesday, prior to the funeral service. Ruth Heady Warner, 70, Taylor Co., KY (1945-2016) Ruth was born December 16, 1945 in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Heady. She died Monday, October 17, 2016, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 70 years, eight months, and one day. She married Edward L. Warner on December 27, 1963 and he preceded her in death on March 8, 1996. Also preceding her in death was a niece, Sheila Cox. Ruth had retired from Wal-Mart where she had worked in the bakery. She is survived by the following:
