Lonzie Gerald Newton, Taylor Co., KY (1940-2016) Lonzie Gerald Newton was the son of the late John Henry Newton and Bessie Irene Colvin Newton. He was born February 26, 1940, in Marion County, KY. He died at Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 76 years, seven months, and 16 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pitman Valley Baptist Church. He was a retired maintenance employee with the Jefferson County School System.
