The funeral service was at 1pmCT on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Akin Cemetery Mr. Leonard (Joe) Leslie Walker, 80, Greensburg, KY (1936-2016) Mr. Leonard "Joe" Leslie Walker of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of the late Robert Hardin Walker and Maulty Calhoun Walker, was born on January 28, 1936 in Green County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Golden Living Center/Green Hill in Greensburg, Kentucky. He was 80 years, eight months and six days of age. He was retired from the Nalley & Haydon Quarry and was a farmer for more than 20 years. He was united in marriage to Mary Francis Ray Walker on December 12, 1966 who preceded him in death on May 30, 1997. He is survived by:
