2016 Downtown Days Squarecrow Award Winners announced

The 2016 Squarecrow competition was intense this year, with a 40+ percent increase in entries, with even more innovative entries this year. The winning entries were judged two ways, by a panel of judges, and by popular vote.

The winners are as follows:



People's Choice:
  1. Squarecrow # 3-Dollhouse Daycare
The People's Choice Award was from votes cast by festival goers at the Adair County Retired Teachers booth.


Judge's Choice

  1. Squarecrow #17 - Hwy 551 Scrap Metal
  2. Squarecrow #47 - Adair County FFA Chapter
  3. Squarecrow #28 - Jeffries Hardware
