Adair Schools get high marks based on 2015-16 test score

Overall, district is in Proficient Category, but just one point away from highest - District of Distinction - status. Adair County School District has graduation rate of 99.4%

The Adair County School District is classified as Proficient/Progressing/High Progress district for the 2015-16 based on test scores released today.

All four schools in Adair County - Adair County Primary and Adair County Elementary, with shared accountability with Adair County Middle School; and Adari County High Schooll - are all classified as Proficient and Progressin under the current Unbridled Learning accountability model.



This is the second consecutive year Adair County High School has been labeled Proficient and Progress. The district graduation rate of 99.4 is the highest it has been in a 10 year period. All schools improved thier overall score from the previous year, with ACES posting a 12.1 point gain. ACMS gained 8.2 points in a single year and Adair County High School's overall score is up just under a point.

The Adair County School District's overall score of 69.5 put them in the proficient category, just one point away from a distinguished rating.
