He was a native of Cane Valley, Adair County, and a resident of Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the time of his death. He was the son of the late James Albert & Bessie Jane Bohannon Bryant. His wife, Doris Harvey Bryant, survives. He leaves a great family, numbering 36 direct living descendants. He was a member of Columbia First Church of the Nazarene, a merchant for 30 years, and owned & operated Harvey & Bryant Building Supply and was a farmer. He died Tuesday, September 20, 2016, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 86 years, six months, and eight days. Preceded in death by a still born son, Gary Lewis Bryant; a grandson, Janssen Keith Bryant; two brothers and three sisters, James Bryant, Stanley Bryant, Lucille Absher Turner, Ruth Bohannon, and Beatrice Nancy Lindquist He is survived by his wife, Doris Harvey Bryant, Columbia, KY, and the following:
