Khristopher Thomas Thompson, age 17 of Greensburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday in Green County.

The funeral services for Khristopher Thomas Thompson will be conducted at 1pmCT,, Sunday, September 18, 2016, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Thompson Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 12pmNoonCT until 8pmCT, Saturday, September 17, 2016, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Sunday until time of the funeral service.


He is survived by the following:
  • His father: Tom Thompson of Green County, KY; and his significant other, Anita Brown.

  • His mother: Karen Renee Warner Shuffett and step-father, Stan Shuffett of Greensburg, KY

  • Two sisters and a brother-in-law: Emily Thompson of Greensburg, KY; and Shana and Jack Slinker of Summersville, KY

  • Grandparents: Larry and Glenda Thompson of Green County, KY; and Charlene Warner of Elkhorn, KY; and Barbara Shuffett of Greensburg, KY

  • Four nieces: Skylar Osborne, Nevaeh Slinker, Rhiana Slinker, and Jacklinn Slinker all of Summersville, KY

  • Host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends
Memorials are suggested to the Scholarship Fund for the Success Academy or the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
