He died Monday, September 12, 2016, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 76 years, four months, and nine days. He was a member of Hillvue Heights Baptist Church, was a former homebuilder for Taylor Homes, and a veteran of the United States Navy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Celisa Joy Taylor; three sisters, Ozell Thurman, Inez Eggert, and Virginia Barrow; and two brothers, B. F. Taylor and Malcolm Taylor. Survivors include:
