Chloe Gail Fortenberry, age 3 year, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN.

Funeral services will be at 2pmCT, Thursday September 15, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, Kentucky with Bro. Wayne Keith officiating. Interment will be in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, Kentucky. Visitation will be Thursday, September 15, 2016 12pmNoon-2pmCT, at the funeral home.

She was born on Sunday July 21, 2013. She was the daughter of Jessica Warriner & Thomas Fortenberry, Jamestown, KY. She died Sunday, September 11, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, Davidson County, TN, at the age of three years, one month, and 22 days.

In addition to her parents, she is also survived by :
  • One brother: Alexander Fortenberry, Jamestown, Kentucky

  • Her grandmother: Francine Fortenberry, Columbia, KY

  • And a great-grandmother: Mary McDonald, Eubank, KY
Expressions of sympathy are requested to take the form of a contribution to help with funeral expenses and may be left at First National Bank, Russell Springs, Chloe Fortenberry Funeral Expense Fund.
