Ray was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a former carpenter.

Ray M. Edrington of Columbia, KY, died Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 6:15pm at Campbellsville Nursing & Rehab Center in Campbellsville. He was 80 years old.

Visitation will be after 1pmCT on Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church. The funeral service for Mr. Edrington will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 4pmCT at Trinity United Methodist Church, 2418 Campbellsville Rd., Columbia, KY, with Rev. Steve Pescosolido officiating. Burial will follow in Grant Cemetery in the Mt. Carmel community.

Ray Edrington was born May 25, 1936, in Adair County, to the late Oscar and Nancy Grant Edrington. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters; Owen and Russell Edrington, Evelyn Burton and Rachel Wilson.

Ray was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a former carpenter.

Survivors include:
  • One sister, Inez Powell of Coburg
  • Several nieces and nephews, including special nieces and care-givers Cathy Lawless and Sherry Cook
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
